This website is born out of a desire to see youth pastors come together. The average life span o f a youth worker today tends to be 2 – 3 years. Unfortunately many of these then burns out or leave the church or the ministry. This results in a number of bad experiences and culture among churches and organization.

Youth ministry in it’s self can be scary, overwhelming, frustrating and some time just plain crazy. So if we don’t do it for the free coffee, why do we do it! Because the God of the universe has entrusted us with a mission and has given us the burden and desire to see teenagers come before Him. Letting go of all that holds them back and allowing them to fulfill their God given purpose!

We do it to see the Kingdom come and life be changed!
