So you want to know what it’s all about?

The YPastor team came together to facilitate a movement of an online, interactive, community based, youth ministry website. Together we have been involved in youth ministry for the past 20 years. One of the biggest support and resources we have found is our fellow Youth Pastors. If it were not for the countless hours of conversation over a coffee tabl, listening to their encouragement and wisdom, many of us would not be here today in ministry. Hence the need for a community that is accessible to all those in youth ministry.

This website is for all those youth pastors out there who are walking the road of ministry. We know the road is rough at times, and we need all the help we can get. Youth ministry tends to be the only Job where we never know what’s coming next. So think about your time on YPastor as tacking the time out and having that coffee table moment. We pray that it would be a blessing for you to be apart of.

The community in its self is a dynamic resource to use for ministry and in your own personal growth. We pray that you will use the site to help unravel issues, get advice, participate in our forum and hopefully have some fun!

Please be sensitive and do not use names of people or places in reference. Rather speak out of love then hate. Respect your fellow youth worker, and church even if they have a different opinion to you. Always put Christ first.
